Launch of The Bangladesh Civil Society Network for Promoting Nutrition (BCSNPN)

The Bangladesh Civil Society Network for Promoting Nutrition (BCSNPN) was created on 8 September 2012 and an official launch of this network took place at the CIRDAP auditorium on 19 December 2012. This ceremony brought together around 90 representatives from different ministries, parliament, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP), National Nutrition Services (NNS), development partners, United Nations, international and local NGOs, research and academic institutions, professional bodies, associations and the media.
