In August and September 2015, the Abomey-Calavi Agricultural Sciences University in Cotonou, Benin will conduct three training workshops. These will be focused on nutrition in the framework of the 24th edition of the university’s international course in Human Nutrition and Food Security.

The workshops will cover three main areas:

  1. Prevention of Chronic Malnutrition, development factor
  2. Monitoring and Evaluation of Community Nutrition Programs
  3. Dietary strategies against the various forms of malnutrition.

The aim of the workshops is to help participants understand complex nutrition concepts, the impact of nutrition programmes and master the different tools available. The workshops have been developed for participants who may be managers or technical experts involved in design and implementation of programs.
