On the 29th January 2015, a workshop was held to introduce the third phase of implementation of the Stimulus Fund Performance and Achievement of Social Results (EDF). Participants included representatives from nine regional governments and Ariela Luna Florez, Deputy Minister of Social Policy and Evaluation, Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) and SUN Movement Focal Point. She stressed the importance of prioritizing national plans of implementation with regional governments in favor of the children, noting that “early childhood care is care for the country.”
