On 26 January 2016, Senegal’s civil society alliance held an advocacy workshop to foster learning and sharing about advocacy efforts between member organisations. Seydou Ndiaye, National Coordinator of the Platform, chaired the meeting with support from Malick Ndom of OXFAM.
Over thirty participants attended the workshop, coming from World Vision, ADEMAS, Save the Children and Action Against Hunger. Each organisation shared a presentation and posed a challenge to participants to spark lively discussions about potential solutions.
The workshop was held as part of a project to support good governance in areas of nutrition and food security in Senegal.
