On 28 April 2014, Kenya’s Civil Society Alliance brought together multiple stakeholders for a capacity building in nutrition advocacy training in Nairobi. The three day event was hosted by the Kenya AIDS NGO’s Consortium (KANCO) with support from ACTION. Participants included representatives from government, civil society, the UN system and business. Not only did the training focus on building the capacity of all actors to advocate for nutrition, the training also aimed to harmonise all advocacy efforts in nutrition to improve the overall nutrition landscape in Kenya.
