On 17 and 18 July 2014, El Salvador’s National Council for Food Security and Nutrition (CONASAN) hosted the third Enhanced Learning Exercise to explore the practical application of the Reference Note and Toolkit developed to address the prevention and management of Conflict of Interest in the SUN Movement.
SUN Government Focal Points and SUN stakeholders from El Salvador, Costa Rica and Guatemala came together to discuss their experiences in relation to preventing and managing conflict of interest. The meeting was led by Daysi de Márquez, Executive Director of CONASAN and SUN Government Focal Point in El Salvador. It brought together 50 participants from governments, civil society the United Nations and business.
