SUN Movement Business Network Members Announce their Commitments to Scale Up Nutrition

The SUN Movement recognises that no one single sector can scale up nutrition alone. At the core of the Movement are nationally owned and ambitious plans to scale up nutrition by 43 countries, supported by four global networks- Donor, Business, Civil Society and UN agencies.

The SUN Movement recognises that no one single sector can scale up nutrition alone. At the core of the Movement are nationally owned and ambitious plans to scale up nutrition by 43 countries, supported by four global networks- Donor, Business, Civil Society and UN agencies.

The SUN Business Network is gathering commitments from business to demonstrate the collective effort of the private sector in scaling up nutrition. These commitments will be updated each year and the network will share best practice on how business can support the SUN Movement.

The first group of companies to join the SUN Business Network have unveiled their commitments to scaling up nutrition. Combined, these companies have pledged to reach over 120 million undernourished people in developing countries each year, by 2020, with direct and indirect nutrition interventions.
