The strategy provides a guiding framework to increase harmonization, coordination and alignment of UN support to country priorities and plans. It also includes annexes, which outline further information about the UN Network for SUN (UNN) such as roles and responsibilities, tools/resources, the new results framework, and the positioning of REACH within the broader UNN architecture.

Seizing the opportunity to promote increased complementarity and efficiency, the UNN strategy is aligned to the SUN Strategy 2.0, the supporting SUN Roadmap and the UN Global Nutrition Agenda (UNGNA) v.1.0. Efforts are currently underway to disseminate the strategy to country and regional levels through the Directors of Nutrition at the partner agencies, leveraging the respective communications and reporting channels.
