Generally, in our society women are considered as second class citizens who can only cook and stay at home. But in my opinion and through experience I can surely say that if we build up the confidence and self-esteem of our women, we can have a strong nation.

Educating girls is the first step towards women empowerment. An educated girl turns into an educated woman who can raise an educated nation. The educated mother can guide her children about every challenge of life.

Here at this forum of SUN Movement our prime focus is Nutrition and its benefits for mankind. The SUN Movement should continue to promote programs or campaigns where mothers are invited to discuss the importance of education and how it builds up confidence in girls and how it will affect the future of a nation.

I am very positive that an educated mother will easily understand the importance of hygiene and nutrition for a healthy family. In this way we will have less chances of sickness and overall good health conditions of the community. Education will empower women. It will equip them not only to overcome challenges but to educate their children for a more prosperous future.

I look forward to a world where all women can stand tall and confident.
