From 24 to 26 February, the first retreat of the SUN Movement Executive Committee was held in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting provided an opportunity for the committee to align their collective ambitions for the future and determine how countries can be best supported to deliver results.
The committee reflected on progress to date and provided direction to ensure the SUN Movement Strategy and Roadmap 2016-2020, sets an ambitious course for the future, with countries in the driving seat.
The agenda explored was to strengthen mutual accountability within the Movement, the roles and responsibilities of nutrition actors supporting country transformations and ways to align ambition, guided by the Movements Principles of Engagement.
